Utakata uses this for his Soap Bubble Ninjutsu to create bubbles for different purposes. It can also be used as a melee weapon in combat as it is very sturdy by showing that it is able to block a kunai without any apparent damage to it. Some justus used by the blower are Soap Bubble Slime, Floating Bubble Technique, Blinding Bubble Technique, Drowning Bubbles Technique, and Ink Bubble Explosion. He can use it to make a Bubble Clone also. "Weapon" is not in the list (ANBU, Cooking-nin, Daimyō, Hunter-nin, Jinchūriki, Medical-nin, Mercenary Ninja, Missing-nin, Ninja monk, Pseudo-Jinchūriki, ...) of allowed values for the "Classification" property.
