More Character Categories.

As much as I love the Naruto series, there needs to be more character categories, like "Deceased", "Anime-Only Characters", "(Insert clan name) Clan", "(Insert Element) Element Users" and other types of categories, and not just what's shown on the pages. Users have already expressed this problem here. Unfortunately, a couple of users just want to rely on SMW annotations, which I don't think we should be doing, due to how broken most of the SMW content is. --Sajuuk 21:14, April 16, 2016 (UTC)
