"Congratulations" is episode 474 of the Naruto: Shippūden anime.
Synopsis
Through the combined efforts of Team 7, Sasuke and Naruto are finally able to make physical contact with Kaguya and activate the fūinjutsu taught to them by Hagoromo. Kaguya's third eye is obscured and the nine individual tailed beasts are extracted from Kaguya causing her to regress to the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path but not before spiting out Madara's body. Watching silently Black Zetsu iterates that he will have to bide his time and start over again to revive his mother, but is interrupted by Naruto who throws him into the growing Chibaku Tensei sphere and is sealed along with Kaguya.
