With this technique, the user can bring up on the surface something that is deep underground. The targets are launched in air with great strength and speed, the result of which has the appearance and nearly size of an erupting volcano. It is strong enough to force a large number of Zetsu clones hidden underground to resurface all at once.

So far, the technique has only been witnessed performed by two users together. It is unknown if it can be also performed by a single user.
