After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armor, the Raikage thrusts his elbow at his opponent with extreme force. As Sasuke Uchiha evaded this attack with his Sharingan, its full powers are yet unknown.^[1]

Trivia

As with many of the techniques of current Raikage, his brother Killer Bee's Lariat, and Darui's Storm Release: Laser Circus, this technique has an English name given kanji that somewhat match the pronunciation. Usually, the kanji would be pronounced as "omoryūbaku", "jūryūbaku", "omoryūbō", or "jūryūbō".
