This is a collaboration technique with Naruto farting and Sakura getting enraged (summoning her Inner Sakura), while yelling "How dare you do that in front of a lady!". It has a large damage, and the enemies are poisoned because of Naruto's fart.

- In the Forest of Death, Naruto and Sakura were seen doing something similar. Naruto was about to urinate, yet Sakura didn't let him to do so in front of her, saying the exact same thing as in the video game.
