Recently Snapper2 proposed the we consolidate all of the articles titled "[Person's] Jinchūriki Forms", you can reference Talk:Remote Chakra Cloak Manipulation . I didn't have any real opinion about this one way or the other before, but the more I think about it, the more sense it will possibly make. I'm not sure why I never thought of this before, but the article titles for the pseudo-jinchūriki, for example is misnomer. So I was thinking that it would be best to put all of this in one article. Then we could do a gallery per section of person. Most of them won't have any more information done on them, (with the exception of Naruto and B) and even then, their sections are really small either way. That way the pseudos could be listed under the pseudo section without us calling them jinchūriki forms. My only concern is the problem that would arise (presumably) from linking the information in the characters' infoboxes. Of course we'd need snapper to give us more information on his vision for the article as well, mayhaps in sandbox form.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 16:21, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

I totally agree Cerez we can put all the information into one large article with good clear titles and article information and character information so then those users who visit that site can then find it easier and yes we'll need snapper 2 views on this also --ROOT 根 (talk) 17:23, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

Definitely, I support this 100%--Elveonora (talk) 17:28, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
Agree, and to add, maybe we can add each jinchuriki's unique usage of them powers, if they don't already. Justin Holland (talk) 18:24, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
I believe they already all do. If you see any lacking feel free to bring it up on a talkpage. I've contacted Snapper, just need to wait for him to chime in.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 19:09, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
I suppose. It will kill the infobox thing though, there is no real way to get it to work if each individual article gets nuked.--TheUltimate3 Allied Shinobi Forces Symbol (talk) 20:22, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
How about we keep the x character's articles just for the sake of infoboxes and make them short and leave in each of them a "see more here" redirect to the general article?--Elveonora (talk) 21:10, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

To which I ask, to what point. If we consolidate them all to a single article then there is no point having a "buffer" page that exists only to link to the general one.--TheUltimate3 Allied Shinobi Forces Symbol (talk) 21:33, May 26, 2013 (UTC)

What would they'd be turned into, a jutsu article? I mentioned this somewhere else, but the term "Tailed Beast Transformation" has been used somewhere, and pretty much every form displayed can be interpreted as a transformation, so that's a viable candidate for a page name, we only need to find the proper references, which should be too hard. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 21:35, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
I don't know if this will help much, but I've found what I believe to be two references that could help with a future "Tailed Beast Transformation" article. Version 2 (バージョン2, Bājon Tsū) Naruto chapter 471 and Tailed Beast Mode (尾獣モード, Bijū Mōdo) Naruto chapter 519.--Gesshoku (talk) 22:10, May 26, 2013 (UTC)
All of this does hinge on whether or not we can get those Forms links working in the consolidated pages. My main issue is the fact that we have pages that are misnomered. Although a single page is a convenient place to have all the information especially since most of it is repetition.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk)

Sample version. Some notes:

  • I don't think it's vital that it be linked to in the character's infobox. If so desired, I think it would be better to not use the jutsu infobox and instead use the hidden semantics ([[User tech::Naruto Uzumaki| ]]).
  • Gallery is unnecessary. Group shots should be enough, of which one is needed for partial transformations. Individual variants can be in the character's article.
  • Naruto and Minato's Nine-Tails Chakra Mode should just be its own article since it's unique to them. Also incorporate most of Naruto's Tailed Beast Mode into that article since they're closely related.
  • I didn't crosscheck to make sure information not being merged is present in the characters' articles. Someone should verify that everything in the form articles is represented somewhere.
  • Once the links to the form articles are pointed to the new article, I think the form articles should redirect to the character instead of the merged product.

Remote chakra cloak manipulation isn't even a good name try Tailed beast cloak manipulation and this can not be considered a technique at all it's just naruto's further improvement with his chakra control and prowess so if people out their think that this should be a technique then you've got problems.—This unsigned comment was made by (talkcontribs) .

If the links can be worked out, I believe that condensing the multiple Jinchuriki forms into one similar to the one that Snapper2 has provided as well as a small article for Naruto and Minato's Nine-Tailed Chakra Cloak would be good. Gesshoku (talk) 22:04, June 17, 2013 (UTC)

I'm also still for this. What's our stance on this? Every jinchuriki doesn't need an article with images falling off it, and redirects would solve any other problem we might have in my opinion.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 02:33, June 18, 2013 (UTC)
This proposal is going places, fast. ~SnapperTo 06:36, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
So Nine-Tails Chakra Mode gets it's own article then?--TheUltimate3 Allied Shinobi Forces Symbol (talk) 11:29, June 27, 2013 (UTC)
It's a suggestion. It can be dumped into the general article easily enough if people prefer. ~SnapperTo 00:31, June 28, 2013 (UTC)

I say one article, we keep the redirects in the infoboxes and make mini-galleries for each form. If we can get one image with all of them it would be great. Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and Tailed Beast Mode can be in the same article in my opinion. Pseudo-jinchūriki stuff as well.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 00:43, June 28, 2013 (UTC)

What pseudo-jinchūriki stuff? ~SnapperTo 00:47, June 28, 2013 (UTC)

I think he means Kinkaku, Sora perhaps Fukai's revived version etc. Still, haven't read everything, but the basic idea is we won't have "Insert name here"'s jinchuriki forms articles anymore and instead throw it all together into one article called Tailed Beast Transformation, right? Sounds good, though I think a note in it somewhere that Gaara's partial transformations are formed from sand would be necessary, but that's a trivia note at best. Carry on, let me know if I can help with anything. --Hawkeye2701 (talk) 00:55, June 28, 2013 (UTC)

Yeah, the article should mention psuedo ones is what I meant so that the page is an info central. Snapper, if you like, you can go ahead and start the consolidation. Everyone seems for it (well most, I didn't reread) Omnibender said something relating to the article's name? We may need to discuss that.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 14:56, June 28, 2013 (UTC)
Other people can figure out what to do with the individual form articles. As I said before, I did not verify that information not represented in the overall article but that is unique to specific characters is preserved in that character's article. Somebody should make sure that of that before redirecting to wherever. ~SnapperTo 18:35, June 28, 2013 (UTC)
They should be deleted or not? Dan.Faulkner (talk) 18:42, June 28, 2013 (UTC)
Their page histories are important. To preserve those, just redirect them. ~SnapperTo 18:48, June 28, 2013 (UTC)
Excellent work. The other pages have been turned into redirects to preserve the history and the infobox additions.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 19:05, June 28, 2013 (UTC)
It's really good to combine all the jinchūriki forms into one article and make the Kyūbi chakra form as a separated article, nice job indeed. —Shakhmoot Nadeshiko Village Symbol (Talk) 19:31, June 28, 2013 (UTC)

I also like the idea, the page is cool. It defiantly gives insight to the Jinchūriki's powers but I also suggest we should keep the Jinchūriki forms as separate pages. For example we can keep the Jinchūriki form page like it is and just have separate pages for each Jinchūriki much like we did before. That way we can keep the page and link it to the forms page but still have the separate pages for their transformations. --Tuxedo12 (talk) 17:22, July 7, 2013 (UTC)
