Gonbee (権兵衛) is a Kirigakure jōnin.

Background

At some point, Gonbee became Chōjūrō's superior and taught him with strictness and love. He also became a close associate of Genji, the village's elder.^[1]

Personality

Although he appears to be a stern person, Gonbee also has a caring side to him, seen in how affectionately he taught Chōjūrō over the years.^[1]

Appearance

Gonbee has a short crop of light brown hair and dark eyes. He wears a blue-clothed Kirigakure forehead protector and a long-sleeved brown zip-up shirt.

Five Kage Summit

Before the Mizukage Mei and her two guards, Chōjūrō and Ao, head off to the Five Kage Summit, he instructs Chōjūrō to protect her by any means.
