Hikaru Tsuki (ツキヒカル, Tsuki Hikaru) is the spoiled son of the prince of the Land of the Moon, Michiru.

Abilities

While he isn't a ninja, Hikaru displayed excellent marksmanship with his bow and arrows. This was shown when he hit an apple and later saved his father from being hung. At first, he merely used toy arrows with suction cups as arrowheads, but during the raid against Shabadaba, he was given real arrows that one of his subjects made.

Plot Overview

Naruto was angered by the infantile and selfish attitude that he once held. After saving Chamū from a storm, he befriended Naruto and the others. After his grandfather's death, he promised Naruto that, when he became the leader, the Land of the Moon would stand by the Konohagakure. A day later, Shabadaba's henchmen attacked whilst he and his father were trying to escape from the island. Naruto defeated them after entering his Nine-Tailed Demon Fox form, but failed to prevent Shabadaba's henchmen from kidnapping Michiru. At the castle, Hikaru was given special arrows that he was forced to use to cut the rope which his father was hanging from. He helped push his father towards Ishidate, who Naruto then defeated with his Crescent Moon Rasengan. As his friends left, his father revealed that he realised that he must protect the people who he loves, as Hikaru knew that he would someday see Naruto again.
