Hinokagutsuchi is a Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu unique to Indra Ōtsutsuki's left eye, which strongly resembles Amaterasu in both form and function, allowing him to produce black flames at the focal point of his vision. Little else is known about this technique, but the flames faltered before Asura Ōtsutsuki's Amenomihashira.
Influence
As with Sasuke's Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi, the name of this technique is derived from Kagutsuchi, the Shinto God of Fire.
