This is a healing cream used to heal wounds. Hinata gives some of the ointment to Naruto and Kiba, though Kiba said to save some for herself, to heal their wounds after their battle during the Chūnin Exams.
In The Last: Naruto the Movie, Hinata once again offers this ointment for Naruto to use to heal a wound on his back. However, due to him being unable to reach the wound, Hinata smears the ointment on to his back.
