A special technique used by the 3rd, Kazekage. The third kazekage was a host of the One-Tailed Shukaku. So when he used sand techniques, because of his matalic genetic abilities, the sand became iron. When Sasori kidnapped the third, he killed him, and turned him into a puppet with his techmique.
