This dōjutsu was awoken by Boruto Uzumaki in his right eye. In the manga this dōjutsu is featureless in appearance with a barely visible pupil.[1] When depicted in the anime, the dōjutsu is blue in colour with a darkened scleara and visible pupil.[2]
This dōjutsu allows Boruto to be able to see chakra. When first used during his time in the Academy, Boruto didn't appear to have the ability to activate it on command, instead the eye would involuntarily activate when Boruto focused his attention on a particular person or object. As an adult, he displayed the ability to activate it at will.
