Jutsu

Jiga is the second oldest brother from the Criminal Brothers trio. Along with his two brothers they took over Land of Vegetables. His brother Ruiga was defeated by Naruto, Choji, and Yurinojou. He then finished Ruiga off himself, and defeated Naruto in a fight. Hinata was the one who came along and defeated Jiga to save Naruto.

Abilities

Jiga is able to convert his chakra to magnetism, similar to the Third Kazekage's Iron Sand. He could use his magnetism to disrupt the electrical impulses in the brain, effectively blocking a person's entire nervous system from functioning. He was also able to rip metallic ore and rocks from his environment to make makeshift projectiles to overwhelm an opponent.

Jiga was extremely proficient with a Meteor Hammer with a steel cable enhancing his ability by magnetizing the weight and using it to home in on opponent's metallic objects (such as a Hitai-ite). He had a glaring weakness to those who could exploit it. Every once in a while during the course of the battle he had to stop to tap himself to stop the flow of magnetism. As Hinata revealed when she defeated him without the ability to turn off his own magnetism he would be swallowed by all magnetically sensitive objects.
