Kajūra (カジュウラ) or Lightning God Self (雷神我, Raijinga) is a jōnin terrorist and a mercenary ninja of Ishigakure, currently under arrest by Sunagakure forces.
Abilities[]
Kajūra possesses the ability to combine Earth and Wind Release nature transformations, allowing him to access the Magnet Release kekkei genkai, which he uses in unison with Iron Sand. With it, he can absorb the mass around himself and expand his body's scalar appearance, taking on the shape of a giant. He can also use the technique in unison with Lightning Release nature transformation creating an absolute defence. It was stated Kajūra could somehow utilise energy released by crushed minerals from the ground below in place of his own chakra, but exactly how is unknown.

Gaara Hiden: A Sandstorm Mirage[]
After a few days of tracking him, Kankurō and the rest of the Counter-Terrorism Division caught up with Kajūra. The terrorist managed to kill several of his opponents. While fighting Amagi, he was able to severely injure the boy, with the use of Lightning Release in unison with Magnet Release: Lightning God Self — a technique that allowed him to gather Iron Sand and create a version of himself from it. Eventually, Kajūra was taken down and successfully arrested by Kankurō. During his interrogation, the terrorist confirmed that he is attached to a larger terrorist cell.
