After recieving Obito's Six Paths Power, Kakashi forms a Lightning Cutter imbued with the power of Kamui. Anything pierced by this technique is instantly warped to Kamui's dimension. Combined with Kamui's intangibility, this technique allows for Kakashi to avoid an enemy's counter.
