This technique is a combination between Tsunade and her slug summon Katsuyu. First, Katsuyu divides her body into many smaller clones with Slug Great Division, and attaches to a person. Then Tsunade can channel her medical Chakra through the body of Katsuyu and radiate it into the wounded person, healing any damage. During this technique, Tsunade stays inside a ritual seal guarded by ANBU members, since this technique apparently requires great concentration and consumes a lot of Chakra. This technique allows Tsunade to heal an enormous amount of people at the same time even if she´s very far from them.
If she rans out of normal Chakra, she can use Yin Seal: Release to obtain extra supplements. However, during Pain´s invasion, she ended consuming almost all her Chakra reserves, falling into a coma.
