The Konoha Military Police previously consisted of mostly Uchiha clan members before the massacre. It was founded by Tobirama Senju as a sign of trust and good faith towards the Uchiha. Madara suggests this was just a method of distancing the Uchiha from taking part in the governing of Konoha. Fugaku Uchiha used to be a leader in this group. It is unknown what happened to it after Itachi slaughtered the clan.
