The Konoha Military Police previously consisted of mostly Uchiha clan members before the massacre. The Uchiha, being its founders, because it was founded by Tobirama Senju as a method of distancing the Uchiha from actually governing the village although this is debatable, as it might have been Madara's truth twisting.Fugaku Uchiha used to be a leader in this group. It is unknown what happened to it after Itachi slaughtered the clan.
