The Land of Haze (霞の国, Kasumi no Kuni) is a country where the Haze Quadruplets originate from. From the Land of Silence, the country can be reached in a day by foot, if the long route is taken. The shinobi specialise in making a lethal poison that kills in an instant. According to Omoi, shinobi from this land once used their poison to kill a higher up from Kumogakure.

- The Moya Triad, with "Moya" meaning "Haze", who bore haze-like symbols on their headbands, specialised in a type of poison that causes the victim to laugh, hiccup or burp uncontrollably to death. Whether they originated from this country is unknown.
