Kakashi uses Lightning Cutter and runs extremely fast towards his opponent, then he takes them with him, dragging their body on the ground for a long time and finally ejecting them.

In the Naruto games, this attack is called Reversal and can be used to enter Mangekyō Sharingan Mode.
