At some point in time, Orochimaru created him from an unknown experiment. However, he rebelled against Orochimaru, escaped and started down the path of destroying the original embryo from which he and the other clone experiments originated, deeming Orochimaru's experiments to create life was unethical. This background story was soon revealed to be a ruse set up by Log and Orochimaru in order to force the young Mitsuki to make a decision: either join him in destroying Orochimaru and eventually themselves, or remain with Orochimaru and follow his orders.
He seems to be a rather calm individual, and is seems to have no qualms with fighting his father. He also likes to smoke.
He is a tall individual with dull-blue, shoulder-length hair, and amber eyes. Overall, he bears an almost exact resemblance to his clone sibling Mitsuki with the exception of a scar across his right cheek. When first seen, he wore a dark-coloured haori, which shrouded his entire appearance. When confronting Orochimaru and Mitsuki, he wore what appeared to be modernised samurai-like attire complete with large arm and waist guards. He also wore a kabuki mask, which had slits for eye-holes, a protuberant nose and a frowning mouth. He also takes to using an ornate snake-themed lighter. He also wears a sword strapped vertically to his back.
He is shown to be a gifted individual. He appears to be quite skilled as he was able to temporarily fend off and counter his father's attacks for a short while. He has also makes use of a sword in combat, showing that he has at least some skill in kenjutsu.
