Makibishi are small, sharp objects that are mostly used to prevent someone from walking from one side to another, since they would injure their feet if they tried to pass it. Even though they're rarely used in Naruto, they're commonly a selectable tool in many Naruto games such as Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes.
