Minoichi (ミノイチ) is a former Konohagakure Anbu until he became a missing-nin and joined the Land of Silence.
Background[]
During his service as a Konoha shinobi, Minoichi participated in the Fourth Shinobi World War amongst the Allied Shinobi Forces, where he killed everyone in his unit and was thought to have died. Instead, Minoichi went into hiding. He later became a revolutionary for Gengo after he opened the shinobi's eyes.
Personality[]
Minoichi is a coward who will do anything to protect himself. He sees Daimyō as lowly individuals who aren't fit to rule and wishes to see shinobi in control.
Appearance[]
Minoichi has short brown hair and black eyes. He wears a black trench coat common of the Enlightened Ones.
Abilities[]
Being a former member of Anbu indicates that Minoichi is a highly skilled shinobi. Considering the fact that he was attributed to have killed his comrades, further indicates that his skills are quite advanced. Minoichi has proven to be skilled in Taijutsu as shown when he incapacitated another Anbu by using grappling moves such as fingerlocks and armlocks.

Shikamaru Hiden: A Cloud Drifting in Silent Darkness[]
Main articles: Shikamaru Hiden (novel) and Shikamaru Hiden (anime) Minoichi ran into Shikamaru Nara, Rō and Soku while in an alley in the Land of Silence. Shikamaru uses his Shadow Imitation Technique on Minoichi and begins to question him threatening to use the Shadow–Neck Binding Technique if he doesn't talk. Rō stops him from killing Minoichi and Minoichi puts Rō in a headlock. About to tell them what Rō did in the past, Soku shoots him in the neck with a Chakra Needle, paralysing him before he can get anymore words out.

In Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing, Minoichi appears as one of the attacking members of the Enlightened Ones in Gengo's ultimate technique.
