Mokume Arai (荒井モクメ) is a construction worker of Konohagakure.
New Era[]
The day before the Konoha Barrier Team ran a test of their newly updated sensing system, Mokume was dropped at a Thunder Train station by a co-worker. He took a train to attend a friend's wedding outside Konoha. The day of the test, Mokume's chakra signature was detected in the village, having been impersonated by Hyōi Yorishiro, who had the ability to copy others' chakra. Inojin Yamanaka was able to detect something felt off with his chakra, and further investigation resulted in Hyoi's arrest. The discovery of this vulnerability led the barrier team to take action mitigate it.
