Mujō is the master of Hōzuki Castle.

Personality

Despite his job as master of a prison, Mujō believes rehabilitation is possible for even the worst criminals. Despite Kusagakure being uninterested in protecting an inmate with valuable information, Mujō was able to offer Konohagakure some aid in coordinating a mission to protect the potential informant.

Abilities

Mujō utilises his clan's hiden Fire Release to brand prisoners at Hōzuki Castle. He's skilled enough to fake an application of his jutsu in front of other prison employees without them suspecting anything.

New Era

Mujina Bandits Arc

Upon the arrival of new prisoners, Mujō branded them with his jutsu so they couldn't escape and explained their situation, before leaving and letting Benga take over the explanation. When Sarada infiltrated the prison pretending to be a journalist student researching the prison, he talked to her and regretted not being able to offer more support to their mission.
