User Pages

User pages are meant to be used for the user to put whatever on there, not just blabble and blah blah about the wiki and contributions. User pages: the only things which can have whatever on them, but you just made users unable to express their imagination. I hope you revise this over and over again until it sinks in. Userpages are not a catch all place for users to put anything they want, even Wikipedia places restrictions on what you can put on a userpage. Userpages are not the private "property" of the user, they are part of the wiki, and thus should have relevance to it. In other words, a userpage is a page for information about the user relevant to the wiki. What reason does a wiki possibly have to allow random people that have never contributed the wiki, to create a userpage and turn it into a personal profile? ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Jul 2, 2009 @ 16:16 (UTC)
