The user spins at a ferocious speed and delivers many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The damage it can inflict on a human target can be extremely damaging, as it can readily tear through thick tree branches and jutsu reinforced earth wall; all of which with a radius thicker than the user itself. <ref>''Naruto'' chapter 186, page 16</ref> <ref>''Naruto'' chapter 395, page 12</ref>

This attack is done alone but it can be [[Double Piercing Fang|done with a partner]], making it more effective. This attack was shown to be extremely useful to dig through walls or hard surfaces.

The user moves at a target at high speeds and delivers a body slam. Because of how quickly they move, the user travels in a fairly straight line, necessitating that they anticipate the target's movements in order to ensure a successful strike. As they move at the target, the user spins rapidly in order to pierce targets, drilling even through stone. Unlike the Fang Passing Fang, this technique is performed alone; users therefore require additional training to raise its attack power enough to compensate for this.[1]
