Rōran (桜蘭) is the second setting of Naruto Shippūden 4: The Lost Tower after the ruins of Rōran when Mukade sends both himself, Naruto Uzumaki, and Yamato back in time 20 years into the past. In this setting, Naruto meets the Queen of Rōran, Sāra, before she died, obtains a special kunai, and meets his and teams up with his father, Minato Namikaze. In the city are located the Garden of Ryūmyaku and the Source of the Ryūmyaku.
