Riichi (リイチ) works at an inn in Shukuba Town, though he has aspirations of someday owning his own hotel.

Appearance

Riichi has long black hair that he keeps in a pony tail tied in the back and small black eyes. He wears a big flat green hat on his head. "Haku Hatsu Chun" (白発中), the names of the three dragon tiles in Mahjong, are written on his forehead.
