Samui (サムイ) is a kunoichi of Kumogakure and the leader of Team Samui. She seems to be Kirābī's student along with the other two members of her team.
Part II
Hunt for the Eight-Tails
The team is sent to Konoha by the Raikage to inform them that they would be taking care of Sasuke Uchiha and Akatsuki. In her first appearance, she was shown complaining of shoulder pain which, according to teammate Omoi, is caused by her large breasts. Samui made no retaliation, unlike Karui.
Post-Invasion of Pain
After Naruto's fight with Pain, Samui and her team are seen on the Konoha outskirts. After Omoi and Karui have a short arguement regarding dating men and woman, the team is shocked to find a crater in Konoha's place (caused by Pain's Shinra Tensei shortly before his battle with Naruto). While Omoi believes that Karui caused it by means of an avalanche after she hit him with a bolder earlier, Samui orders the team to find someone and ask them what happened. Later, they come across a Leaf Jonin and he explains that it was the Akatsuki who destroyed Konoha. Samui than askes the Jonin to let her have an audiance with the Hokage so she can deliver the Raikage's letter. She is dissapointed to find the Fifth Hokage in a coma, and asks Shizune to talk to the new leader. After which, Danzo appears in front of them and accepts the letter.
