Sasuke Sarutobi (猿飛サスケ, Sarutobi Sasuke) was a renowned shinobi from Konohagakure's Sarutobi clan.
Background[]
Sasuke was a member of the Sarutobi clan and became famous for his extraordinary talent.[1] At some point, he became the father of Hiruzen Sarutobi, who inherited his father's aptitude for ninjutsu.
During a conversation with Biwako Sarutobi and Kushina Uzumaki, Mikoto Uchiha noted that she named her son after Sasuke in the hopes that the boy would become a splendid ninja just like his namesake.[2]
Abilities[]
Though little is known of Sasuke's abilities, he was renown for his exceptional talent with ninjutsu, something his son, Hiruzen, who was known as the God of Shinobi (忍の神, Shinobi no Kami, English TV: The Supreme Shinobi), inherited.
Trivia[]
- Sasuke Sarutobi is the name of a legendary ninja who was a member of the Sanada Ten Braves, a fictional group of ten ninja that supposedly assisted the warlord Sanada Yukimura at the Siege of Osaka during Japan's Warring States period.
