Derived technique

Don't know how to code it, but this page/jutsu should also be included in the Derived Jutsu sidebar on the Gentle Fist page, ideally as a derivative of the 32-palms. Missing tag?--BarGamer (talk) 08:37, May 4, 2017 (UTC)

With regards to this: are we sure that the parent technique shouldn't be the 64 palms technique? This and the 32 palms are both "incomplete" versions of that technique no? --Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 12:22, May 4, 2017 (UTC)
Jutsu only show up in derived jutsu if it's up to a "grandparent jutsu", but this wouldn't show up at all, since this is a novel only jutsu, so it would only show up with the parent or grandparent jutsu were also novel only, which isn't the case. The reason Mukai stops at sixteen is because he's interrupted. Which makes this an incomplete jutsu, and incomplete jutsu are not new jutsu. Otherwise Naruto's deformed clone would be a jutsu, Rock Lee giving Dosu a dirt pillow would be a new jutsu, each learning step of the Rasengan would be a new jutsu, etc. ~SnapperTo 06:14, June 1, 2017 (UTC)

Would this mean Mukai is no longer listed as a user of an Eight Trigrams whatever number Palms jutsu? Or is his interrupted use enough to list him under either 32 or 64 palms? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 15:34, June 1, 2017 (UTC)
Nevermind, I checked the wrong book. He's interrupted in Book of Dark Night, but stops intentionally in Book of Bright Light. ~SnapperTo 17:51, July 11, 2017 (UTC)
