Is this page necessary?

This too would follow Painful Sky Leg and Cherry Blossom Impact. The fact that the kanji spells out Heavy Flowing Storm doesn't hurt it either.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 11:27, September 11, 2009 (UTC)

Then call it that, otherwise, this technique's page is pointless. We don't need an article just because the manga says "Elbow". That's insane. If the manga came out next week, and by a panel of Naruto it said "Punch" or "Kick" would we create an article for it?
