jutsu

Is this really a jutsu? I mean I know that the panel says Headbutt, but just like Raikage's Elbow, how are they jutsu? Those are just actions they are preforming. If in a few chapters the manga says Kick as an action of Sasuke, are we gonna really make a jutsu article that is named Kick? I think not. Technically yes, but since they are never treated as anything special, like Headbutt is, they don't deserve an article. Remember that Headbutt isn't just a simple headbutt.
