Orphanages[]
Since orphanages clearly exsist in Ninja land how come Naruto and Sasuke never lived at one? -_- Like, no one did anything about 8 year old Sasuke living alone and Naruto has lived alone since infancy... - You could also ask why no other family took them in etc etc. Konoha is a community, Hiruzen basically looked after both boys. You don't need to overthink it.--Cerez365™
