Plot
So, does anyone know where to find spoilers or a brief TL;DR version for the plot? All I know about this story is about Naruto being ill with a mysterious chakra illness that is slowly killing him, and Sasuke and Sakura are sent to the same land that Hagoromo went to in order to find a cure. Anyone knows where is a summary of the plot?

Setting

- Sasuke uses the same "ice release" that he previously learned (?) in Sasuke Shinden, so it's presumably set after that. Sarada's words at the end of Kakashi Retsuden also seem to reference some things from Sasuke Shinden, and Kakashi Retsuden takes place at essentially the same time as this novel. Sasuke Shinden itself takes place after the fight with Momoshiki. Shueisha's timeline places this novel after Shikamaru Shinden, which overlaps with the Mujina Bandits stuff, but there's nothing in this novel that specifically corroborates that. Naruto Retsuden might provide some setting details, but I haven't read it yet. ~SnapperTo 08:36, October 16, 2020 (UTC)
