So? I'm asking where was it stated. Sage Art: Yin Release Lightning Dispatch looks like lightning, but is stated to be only Yin Release. Has to be stated, not implied here.

EDIT: And the manipulation of either real water or water-like chakra was stated to be Water Release, hence Sensing Water Sphere being classified as Water Release, so that's not based off a mere implication. The evidence doesn't support your argument. So back to my original question, can someone please tell me where it was stated that this technique is Wind Release?

i know it may seem as though i was trying to argue that this is wind release but im not. I don't think its wind release just cause it has some windy effects (lol no pun intended). We dont call nejis air palm wind release do we. Anyways the version of the movie i saw was an illegal version but there was no mention of wind release for this jutsu. The Truth-Seeking Ball itself is made of the five elements. That doesn't mean the derived technique is, for instance, Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken.
