::Um you guys she hasn't mastered this technique yet just the Yin Seal. This technique comes after Creation Rebirth Sakura just used Yin Seal. The order goes like this: Yin Seal, Yin Seal: Release, Creation Rebirth, and Strength of a Hundred that is how it goes and again Sakura only used the first one not the last.
