Is the raw version of chapter 521 not out yet so that this technique can be translated? 68.186.13.76 (talk) 20:44, February 23, 2013 (UTC)
- The Kanji mean 'rudder' and 'repudiate'. Seelentau 愛議 21:12, February 23, 2013 (UTC)
- Unlike the Hotei technique, I think this one's supposed to be translated. Not too sure what the name should be though but the last kanji can also mean exclusion or to expel. The radical(?) for tree/wood is also in there.--Cerez365™

- The second Kanji is read as 'hai', not as 'bi'. That's why Hōbi is a proper noun and shouldn't be translated. We don't translate Hashirama either, do we? Seelentau 愛議 08:53, February 26, 2013 (UTC)
