Is this a mistake or did he get his arm back?
you could see his left arm on the bottom left panel of page six of Chapter 703

does not every jutsu need both hands? and least in normal cases? that could mean that if someone masters one-hand-seals than he could also use the rinnegan-jutsus, but this is only speculation ^_^

well i wonder how he will cast chibaku tensei with just one hand,

making the same hand seals but with only one hand?
he did the same for chidori, actually, i thought he was able to use chidori without any handseals :)

If I recall correctly, he executed chibaku tensei to the nine tailed beasts with just a glance and his right hand. He did not use both hands to seal. In his current state now he would be nerfed to the point of requiring just a glance to execute chibaku tensei.

Then you don't recall correctly because he put them in a genjutsu in a single glance. he clapped to use chibaku tensei

There are two ways. He can use the Asura path to gain an extra arm. The 2nd way is to do it the same way Madara did when he was fighting Team 7. Except instead of using it to create smaller multiple versions, only use it to create 1 that's the same size he used to trap the Bijuu.

as far as i know chibaku tensei needs two hands to cast it;not on casting the genjutsu(genjutsu acts only as a restrainer, which leads on me that he cannot capture the TSB if he not using a genjutsu.).The only way is to acquire a new hand which madara does or using Asura path which for sure he will consume a too much chakra.

i doubt that the asura pathh takes more chakra than the other ones, its main point is that it givs the user additional limbs and faces which lets them look similar to "Asura", hence the name, but i wouldnt think that it takes a high amount of chakra, sure, having it on for all the time may strain him a bit but he only needs to use it in his fights ^_^

It might depend on the attack and how much chakra he puts into it. Remember when Nagato used the ST to destroy Konoha he couldn't use the Deva path for a while. So maybe certain attacks in the Asura Path require more chakra then others.

but if all the other paths except for the deva path never showed such drawbacks i doubt that they have something like that :)
