I would argue that even if Jiraiya would face him alone, he would plenty of a match for Tobirama. The 3 Sannin are just overkill.

Tobirama would fairly easily defeat Jiraiya. Having to fend off Tobirama while trying to enter Sage Mode is just too big a downside against a man with high speed and teleport.
The Three Sannin would win though, because their combined power and synergy is just too strong. Tsunade can keep them fighting far beyond their limit. Their summons can rain destruction on Tobirama to force him into position to make his FTG nigh-useless.
More than that, Jiraiya can get all the time he needs to setup his Sage Mode. Orochimaru and Tsunade both are notoriously hard to injure. Together they win.

There is more than one way to distract Tobirama, while Jiraiya enters SM.He could summon a Toad like he did with Pain to keep him busy. Or he could use Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, and unlike Itachi, it would be pretty hard if not impossible for Tobirama to escape. Also, in order to teleport to Jiraiya, he would have to mark him first, which would be pretty hard to do, especially since Jiraiya knows about how hiraishin works. Also, there was a thread not to long ago about Jiraiya vs Tobirama, and there were good arguments on both sides. So it would be a close match-up. Adding the other 2 Sannin means clear death for Tobirama.
Hiraishin means he doesn't have to bother with summons. He can simply bypass such attacks and keep the focus on Jiraiya. That's the biggest threat to Jiraiya, that his usual defense methods to enter Sage Mode can be relatively easily bypassed with that jutsu. Even with toad mouth binds and other similar jutsu, he can keep the fight on Jiraiya.
Tobirama isn't beating all of the Sannin together, let's not be ridiculous here. I can't even see Tobirama beating Orochimaru alone due to match-up purposes. This is a one-sided stomp, Tobirama isn't making it out of this alive.
imo, the sannin (power-wise) go from jiraya (sm), orochi (current), and tsuna (prime+ byakugou). I think the max tobirama can go against is versus tsuna and orochi (since they are weakest) and maybe win. jiraya is easily bijuu lvl, and tbh, tobirama inst beating 3 bijuu+ lvl niggas even if he had sm (if he had sm he probably could, but lets not go there). imo, tobirama could probably beat around 2 or 3 son goku's (four tails) in his prime (considering that son goku is 4th strongest bijuu [juubi, kurama, gyuki, son goku], that's quite a lot)

I disagree. Tsunade showed that she is a very powerful, in some ways the most powerful of the Sannin. It's just that her abilities are more specific, whereas Jiraiya's much more of a generalist (and not very strong in any particular thing).
If Tsunade had to fight Jiraiya or Orochimaru starting from point-blank range, she'd win easily. Range is not really her thing, though her healing is so ridiculous that there's not much you could do to really stop her.

I think Sannin take this easily.

Which is a humongous class in itself. We've seen him do spacetime ninjutsu, elements, non-elemental,summons, etc. There isn't any specific part thereof that he's really good at (compare Naruto who mostly specializes in highly destructive ninjutsu).

Didn't Tsunade try that already on Orochimaru in Part-1? He didn't die from that. Infact she herself noted the fact that it was odd and felt more or less like a wasted move.

She wasn't exactly at the top of her game back then, since she didn't even unleash her Mark until later and even then barely used it. Compare to Tsunade against Madara and it's a world of difference.
But that wasn't so much my point. Tsunade is very taijutsu-focused combined with healing. Orochimaru uses animal magic and has a combination of defensive, offensive and evasive options. Jiraiya has a wide range of chakra-based ninjutsu including elements and spacetime ninjutsu. Compared to the other two, Tsunade is far more specialized, and her abilities are more mundane. Individually Tobirama can beat them by exploiting that specialization, but together the Sannin make an incredibly powerful team with truly insane synergy.
