  • In the middle of Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow, there was a sight of cars. I guess some people can just say it's a truck snowmobile but it's powered as a car.

Throughout Naruto Shippuden the Movie: Blood Prison there where prison guards in green and some of them where holding weapons which looked a lot like a gun.

    • That's Pierrot experimenting with technology-based ideas. It's not canon. But yes, those were cars and guns.

    • Funny enough in the original pilot concept art, Kishimoto had designed guns into the manga until scrape it. xD

I don't see what's so funny about that.

What's the point of having ninjutsu when someone could easily cast GUN?

    • I can't find the exact quote, but the story goes that someone once asked Bruce Lee why most martial arts films were period pieces, and he replied by pantomiming shooting a gun and saying, "That's why."

It's funny because of the sheer irony of how the series would go if they had firearms that would make Naruto dramatically shorter.

    • Japanhero26- That reminds me of the famous sword vs. gun scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark. The back story for that is pretty funny. To quote from the Wikipedia article, "The fight scenes in the town were filmed in Kairouan, while Ford was suffering from dysentery. Stuntman Terry Richards had practiced for weeks with his sword to create the scripted fight scene, choreographing a fight between the swordsman and Jones' whip. However, after filming the initial shots of the scene, after lunch due to Ford's dysentery, Ford and Spielberg agreed to cut the scene down to a gunshot, with Ford saying to Spielberg 'Let's just shoot the sucker'. It was later voted in at No.5 on Playboy magazine's list of best all time scenes."
