Why don't they send back the more useless ones like Inojin and Chouchou to Konoha with the akuta as proof and sample to study. Now if they fail (which they logically should considering the power gap with the ennemies) all they have done will have been for nothing.

It's hilarious to me that the contentious nature of shipping isn't limited to just one forum.
It's a great feeling knowing I'm not the only one who thinks this show is the drizzling sh*ts. It's AWFUL, when the show's ratings continue to drop, hopefully it'll prompt Pierrot to make the show interesting, OR as we all want, just catch up to the manga.

As the manga is now, honestly I think that once the anime will reach the manga, the quality of the show will drop even further :/
I'll be honest, in this chat I think everyone's awesome. This arc is amazing and great as a character arc for Mitsuki, for him to understand if his will is actually his own will or if it was "programmed" into his being by those guys over there (sorry I missed the episode). To do so, having him interact with other "humans" makes no sense, it is absolutely ridiculous. The main problem is, as it always is, the whole TV show.
I see nothing wrong with Mitsuki finding himself, finding what HE wants for himself and what HE wants to do and be. The problem is they are shoving Boruto in our faces more than Mitsuki himself and they are making Mitsuki's character development and shine center back on Boruto. The way they are going about this arc had potential, but then they keep going back to Boruto and making this more about him than it is about Mitsuki and thats just stupid.

You know when watching Naruto, I just skipped those dream episodes - nearly 50 of them to get to the main story. Imagine that they nearly wasted a year with filler material
Like I said, I was bored with this one.
I think that the fillers were important, to be honest here
Some of them are not necessary, though.
That's true, but I think they may've needed a little break from whatever was happening at the time

How so?
The anime writers and editors only ever write filler to span out the time for the manga writers to get ahead with their story. Thing is, a single episode, if carefully planned can easily cover 3 chapters. Due to this filler is necessary to create some breathing space for the manga writer
