  • I am very angry at this event to the point of not reading Naruto at all when this was announced.

I have nothing personal but Boruto will never surpass Naruto even if he changed from the brat he was until now.

The Boruto manga has simply disrespected on this great character even if he tries the son will not eclipse his accomplishments because Naruto did more than fight but tried to change the hatred of the world.

This event simply dismisses him as a nobody that accomplished nothing the boy has lived a privileged life compared to his father.

I am just furious in what Kishimoto did if I am wrong in what I said then someone dispute me on this matter.

    • Naruto hasnt been confirmed dead

Him dying doesn’t take away from who he is, nor does it devalue his accomplishments.

I don’t think either the Manga or the Anime has disrespected Naruto. I’d argue it continues to humanize him, showing us his struggles with parenthood and politics. Both Naruto and Sasuke continue to grow as characters and that’s a good thing IMO.

Boruto surpassing his father also doesn’t disrespect Naruto. As it shows that his progeny has the capacity to continue his legacy of protecting the world.

    • I am angry with a quite a few people that are fans of Naruto, and I noticed that Boruto changes drastically as the series progresses but if Kishimoto pulled the plug on the Naruto it will backfire him badly.

The boy no matter what he is can accomplish what Naruto has tried, and in the beginning in the series he was always disrespecting him usually sons in oriental society respect their elders, and especially Naruto.

Boruto acts like a spoiled brat and has no respect and cares little in how people view Naruto he should be kissing his shoes for what he did.

I know the writers created this scenario because it could have happened to Naruto if he had parents because Boruto is damn lucky compared to the hell that Naruto lived, and Sasuke as well.

He disrespects the Hokage position as well if it wasn't for this title everyone in the village would have been dead, and I respect the sacrifices these people made for the village including Minato.
