When the Three-Tail Giant Turtle gets energy it can provide clones. Those clones could be used for many different uses. Those clone are very strong and can hardly get destroyed. They were able to resist Guren's crystal techniques and block the sharp end of a kunai. The only difference is that their chakra and size is much less then the normal size of the Three-Tail Giant Turtle.
The Three-Tail Giant Turtle has the ability to create two different sizes of mini clones. One is the size of a hand[1] while the other is the size of a human being[2].
