Tora (トラ, Tora) was a member of the Anbu, working directly under the supervision of the Second Hokage.

Background

He was one of the Anbu ordered to watch the Uchiha clan to keep them from rebelling again. Tora is likely not his real name, but a codename.

Appearance

Tora wears a black Anbu cloak with what appears to be cat-like ear spots on the top of it and a white cat-like Anbu mask.

Abilities

He was said to be very skilled. Endowed with tiger-like strength and walking ability; any target he aimed for had no hopes of escape.

Trivia

"Tora" (虎) means "tiger". This is likely a reference to him being said to have tiger-like abilities.
