The Uchiha Senbei (うちはせんべい) was a shop affiliated with the Uchiha clan, and they sold senbei within Konohagakure. The secret recipe of the senbei, which was closely guarded, was what gave the shop its fame. It was owned by Teyaki Uchiha and his wife Uruchi, until they both were killed by Itachi. It is unknown what happened to the shop afterwards.
