Image deletion: Vlcsnap-6868078.jpeg

Banan14kab, the image Vlcsnap-6868078.jpeg which you uploaded has been tagged for deletion. Please see the image page for deletion notes. We suggest you look over our image policy and ask that you make an attempt to fix the issues you are causing. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 05:44, September 23, 2010 (UTC)

The license is usually selected through a drop down menu when you upload the image, it adds the template according to the one you select. There is a template for the other one as well, but I'm not sure how or if it can be added automatically, though you do always have to put the info in the fields by hand and all. I usually go to an image which has the template, I copy it and then replace the info in the fields. If you intend to replace an image, it's also a good idea to go to the talk page first. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:47, October 2, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks a lot. I figured it out. Take care 05:15, October 2, 2010 (UTC)

Tailed beast affiliation

This has been discussed before, see here. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:25, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

How about ending this revert war before you get blocked? Jacce | Talk | Contributions 19:33, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

There are no admins on this site so how can I get blocked? Also I just looked at the message Omnibender sent me so stop trying to intimidate me and threaten me. 19:36, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

Just so you know, Jacce is an admin. Most of the blocks of this site (usually vandal IPs) are made by him. I know, I report them to him. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:39, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

Ok. Nice for you. Anyway there should be a list of active admins like on the dragonball wiki. 19:41, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

Well, there is Special:ListUsers and Special:ListGroupRights, but for some obscure technical reason I'm unfamiliar with, they're outdated. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:48, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Infobox

Yes. Please see List of Reference Material, for a listing of the databooks and a listing of the contents of each. SimAnt 23:02, October 24, 2010 (UTC)

And I don't respond well to people performing the same edit over and over again. Particularly when they continue to do so after they have been told why they are wrong. Shukaku is given a Sunagakure affiliation because its databook entry gives it one.
And please stop uploading the nature icons. They are already present on the wiki as .svg (which is why I will be deleting all of the ones you uploaded). ~SnapperTo 05:00, October 26, 2010 (UTC)
The sword is stuck in the wiki's memory. There's nothing you or anyone else can do to remove the second listing.
And yes, I am an admin. You were given a link to the list of admins in the above topic.
The "friction" you have met with is not because you are wrong by default. It is because you do not respond well to opposing viewpoints. I'm not familiar with the Dragon Ball wiki, but I doubt ignoring answers because you don't agree with them would work there either. ~SnapperTo 05:45, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

Please consult others beofore making edits such as that. Many others had other ideas "equally good" as yours, but most things are done through compromise. As for the icons, they are only icons created by ShounenSuki. The pictures are demonstrations of the Nature Releases, and they are there to give an image to the reader. --GoDai (talk) 05:03, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Sasuke Uchiha

As SnapperTo already said, there is nothing that can be done at the moment. We've had such problems multiple times before as well. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 09:07, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

I had already contacted wikia staff about the issue (again, because i tried months ago...) a couple days ago. Hopefully it will resolve the issue. SimAnt 12:23, October 26, 2010 (UTC)
Also, as a side note, the list of admins, is broken because of a global wikia problem, not a local problem here. If you would like to see people with admin rights on any wikia, i would advise to go over Special:log for the time being. As for here, the active admins are Dantman, Jacce, TheUltimate3, ShounenSuki, Snapper2 and myself. SimAnt 12:26, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

Sasuke Image

Your Sasuke image is very good but apparently it's too small so the black borders keep coming up which makes the image unusable. SO i suggest you get the image again just don't cut it so small if you can--Cerez365 10:42, October 28, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Sasuke first uses his Sharingan image

Your image was removed from Sasuke's page because of the black lines above and under the page. Then Snapper2 found an other version of the same image, but without the lines (and not that it matters, but it was uploaded three days before you uploaded your image), so he placed it in the article instead of the manga image. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 05:56, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

Edit summary

In regards to this edit summary: Japanese manga images are preferred when they're available. Scanlators modify panels slightly when removing Japanese text and their page-cleaning can cause inaccuracies depending on what the quality of the original scan is. ~SnapperTo 07:12, November 3, 2010 (UTC)

I'm reverting your image changes because they don't follow the image policy, until they have license and rationale, they're automatically not considered. You should also consider using the talk page of the article to propose an image change if others revert it. I'm not a sysop in this wiki, I can't block anyone. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:20, November 5, 2010 (UTC)

OK I apologize for lashing out at you. I just go through things like this a lot on DragonBall wiki also. Like I told you I realized they needed licensing and fair use, but for some reason there was no page on the image even though it was uploaded to the wiki. Do you know why? Also if you didn't block me someone blocked me from editing the Lightning Cutter page. 00:24, November 5, 2010 (UTC)

If there is no page on the image, it means someone must have deleted it already. No idea why you can't edit the Lightning Cutter page. That is usually protected against unlogged in members, because they usually change "Lightning Cutter" to the less accurate "Lightning Blade" (there's an explanation by ShounenSuki either in the talk or in one of its archives), but at the moment, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to edit it. When you tried to edit did you get something like "database error" or something like that? That's a rare-ish thing that happens, but usually just hitting back and doing the edit again works out for me. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:38, November 5, 2010 (UTC)

I don't know why everyone is reverting your change of clan to Clan, but... still try to talk to them about it instead of making the same change over and over. SimAnt 23:15, November 5, 2010 (UTC)

I don't see how clan is a proper noun in this case. The name of the clan is a proper noun, but not the word 'clan' itself. Also, your signature seems to be broken. Could you please fix it? —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 20:07, November 8, 2010 (UTC)
Actually, you shouldn't capitalise the word city in the phrase 'city of Philadelphia'. If it's not an official part of the name — like with New York City — it shouldn't be capitalised. The word 'clan' in, for example, the Hyūga clan is neither a proper noun nor an integral part of the name, so it should not be capitalised. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 00:36, November 9, 2010 (UTC)
I'm glad you were able to see the reason in my arguments. It's always a sign of good character when an argument can be resolved in a civilised and mature manner, even when it started out somewhat childishly. As for your questions: I study English with a focus on translation at a highly-acclaimed university in my home country.
Your signature problems probably stem from you trying to sue a custom signature that simply doesn't work here, as the page you're trying to substitute doesn't exist on this Wiki. Perhaps removing the custom signature and replacing it with the standard one is more convenient? —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 00:55, November 9, 2010 (UTC)

Sasuke Uchiha wikia

Hi there. Is it possible for you add a different pic for Sasuke? Like a new one. Maybe one after he gets his Mangekyou. Also you think you could add in Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan for his sharingan stuff? He does have it now. We just haven't seen it yet.

Relatives in infoboxes

They're gone for the moment because people doing maintenance at the central Wikia messed something up that controls how the semantics we use work on collecting information for infoboxes, according to Simant, they're already trying to sort that out. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:15, November 14, 2010 (UTC)

Re: Sasuke Uchiha Wikia

Yes I did mean the main article. And I wanted it to be an anime pic. His new outfit after he fights itachi.

Kisame's Age

You're not incorrect about Kisame's age, but we only list the ages given in the databooks. The third databook is set at a point where three years or more had past since the end of Part I, so there's a three year's difference between Kisame's Part I age and his Part II age. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 19:27, November 29, 2010 (UTC)

I said why in my edit summary: it wasn't used. I let it sit around for a few days and, when it seemed as though nothing would be done with it, I deleted it. Also, it has technically already been uploaded. ~SnapperTo 20:45, December 18, 2010 (UTC)

Banan14kab, the image File-Mangekyō Sharingan Madara (Eternal).png which you uploaded has been deleted. I assume you did not see this edit summary? Real-life ninjutsu is stuff involving tools, and Naruto ninjutsu consists of the same. There aren't many examples of it in the series, but they do exist. ~SnapperTo 09:20, December 24, 2010 (UTC)

What SnapperTo said ^^ —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 11:53, December 24, 2010 (UTC)
You're over-complicating it. When a ninja uses a tool, it is called ninjutsu. Ninjutsu can only be used by ninja. When some non-ninja uses a tool, it is not called ninjutsu because they are not a ninja. It is because samurai are not ninja that the Samurai Saber Technique is not classified as a ninjutsu. ~SnapperTo 05:58, December 25, 2010 (UTC)
Especially considering that swords have actually been called ninja tools as well, in both the first fanbook and the second databook. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 14:41, December 25, 2010 (UTC)
If a samurai used those techniques: it would not be ninjutsu; they are not ninja. If I breathe fire: it would not be ninjutsu; I am not a ninja. If I cook something more complicated than a sandwich: it would not be gourmet; I am not a chef. If I change the wiring in an electrical socket: it would not be safe; I am not an electrician. One needs the proper training for special terms to be applicable. ~SnapperTo 20:23, December 25, 2010 (UTC)

Re: New Icon

Of course I will ^^ —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 18:16, December 26, 2010 (UTC)

Landmine punch

How exactly is that a ninjutsu? It's a punch with chakra, it's as ninjutsu as any Gentle Fist technique. Daytime Tiger does a lot, but it's still a taijutsu. Sakura and Tsunade's chakra strength is also considered a taijutsu. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:13, December 26, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Fighting Tongue Slash

Like I said before this was an issue a long time ago please refer to the talk page. The technique looks the same in the manga, and it was officially released as being his tongue ergo not a water release technique.--Cerez365 (talk) 14:17, January 6, 2011 (UTC)

I truly apologize for that summary edit; I tend to be sarcastic sometimes with them. I honestly meant nothing by it. --Cerez365 (talk) 16:02, January 6, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Yata's Mirror

Sighs, I really don't want you to think ill of me but, your images of the Yata Mirror while excellent had watermarks at the top right and had poor file names (there was a website link in there) both of which are against the image policy. --Cerez365 (talk) 17:04, January 6, 2011 (UTC)

all i did was download your image and crop out the watermark bit but because of the name i had to upload it as a new file else i'd have just changed yours. --Cerez365 (talk) 17:36, January 6, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Bug

See Simant's comment. ~SnapperTo 07:44, January 13, 2011 (UTC)

It's a similar reason as last time. Rather than give you another link, I'll explain: the wiki is being upgraded to a new version of the software. Normally whatever glitches this would cause would be minor and perhaps even unnoticeable. However, this wiki uses Semantics a lot, particularly in infoboxes, and it's creating more technical issues than other wikis experience. I'm not sure what specific problems you experienced a few hours ago, but they will be fixed whenever all the kinks are worked out and/or the infoboxes themselves are modified to function properly with the updates. ~SnapperTo 17:40, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Hōzuki Clan

I cannot help you with the infobox questions. You might want to go to SimAnt for that. The Hōzuki icon, I designed myself. There has never been any symbol for the clan shown in the manga, so I had to use my own imagination. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 15:50, January 16, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Age

I was going to do that originally but decided against it, it is just information that can be obtained from the other characters page. SimAnt 23:44, January 24, 2011 (UTC)

I don't think you understand how this infobox works... But you are welcome to experiment in the sandbox. SimAnt 12:34, January 26, 2011 (UTC)

Older/younger siblings only works for siblings that are added manually. Sasuke and Itachi's kinship is done automatically, so there's nothing I can do about that. ~SnapperTo 06:40, January 29, 2011 (UTC)

The problem you're asking about is related to the Sasuke/Itachi thing. When a character has a known parent, that parent is manually added to their infobox. For example, Fugaku and Mikoto are manually listed as Sasuke's parents. Because of this, Sasuke is automatically listed in Fugaku and Mikoto's infoboxes. Because Fugaku and Mikoto are also manually listed as Itachi's parents, Itachi is automatically listed in Sasuke's infobox since they share a parent. Now, if either Fugaku and Mikoto had a known parent, that parent would manually be listed in their infobox and automatically listed in Sasuke and Itachi's. This is currently done with Asuma; Asuma has Hiruzen listed as his parent, and Hiruzen has Sasuke Sarutobi listed as his parent, so Sasuke Sarutobi is automatically listed as Asuma's grandfather and vice versa.
As you can see, this is somewhat complicated. I've suggested before doing everything manually because that's at times simpler, but when it works correctly the automatic process has it benefits. I don't know what specific reason you would have for wanting to edit the family section, but the solution may be to edit the infobox of the child to the respective parent.
Also, you may want to do something about you signature; it does not work on this wiki. ~SnapperTo 07:06, February 1, 2011 (UTC)
You edited Madara's infobox the other day. I can't think of a reason for why that would change. Is there something specific that you are unable to do? Can't "save page"; can't change anything; can't even get to the infobox?
Your signature doesn't work because you are transcluding a page that only exists on the Dragon Ball wiki. If you want that to work on other wikis too, you need to change your signature settings. Go to Preferences and find the Signature section of the User profile tab. Put
<font color="white">.</font><font color=black style=background:silver>Banan</font><font color=silver style=background:black>14kab</font>
into the signature box, check the "custom" signature option (if it isn't already), and save your changes. ~SnapperTo 17:50, February 2, 2011 (UTC)
Is it because you're looking for something called "family"? If you use a form, the options are "Parents" and "Other Relationships". If you're editing it raw, the parameters are |parents= and |relationship=.
Also, you weren't supposed to include the <pre></pre> tags in your signature. I only used those to make it easier for you to see what your signature was. ~SnapperTo 00:24, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

Could you please fix your signature, it's kind of bothering me. To fix it, just see Snapper2's last comment above. ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 00:06, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

Is this how it's supposed to turn out?
" .Banan14kab " ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 00:12, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

1. Just copy this exactly.

<font color="white">.</font><font color=black style=background:silver>Banan</font><font color=silver style=background:black>14kab</font>

2. Go to the User Preferences and paste it into the "Signature" box.

3. Click the "Custom Signature" button.

4. Hit save at the bottom and when you sign your future posts just type "~~~~" ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 00:24, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

Well did it work? ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 01:03, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

Hmm.. I'll see if I can fix it but no guarantees. In the meantime, try asking Snapper2 to help you with the code, he's pretty good with coding and whatnot. Nonetheless, you still must sign your posts - so just click the signature icon in the edit box until your sig. is fixed. ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 04:03, February 3, 2011 (UTC)

Ok.. I've been trying for about a half an hour now and this is my result:
<font color="black" style="background:silver">Banan</font><font color="silver" style="background:black">14kab</font>
The end result is this --- Banan14kab --- and I took the liberty to link the "14kab" part to your talk page. Now all you have to do is follow the steps I've already given you. ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 04:28, February 6, 2011 (UTC)

Nature orders

There's no need to list them alphabetically. There is no real policy, but the common practice is to list the affinity first (if know), and then the other others either chronologically or according to most used. If there are advanced natures, they're usually listed first, unless there are special circumstances, such as unnaturally acquired natures, or it being unusual, such as Blaze in Sasuke's case. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:09, February 6, 2011 (UTC)

Oh, if a nature has been used only in a certain media, for example an anime only nature, that also gets listed after the manga ones. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:11, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
I didn't come up with it. It's an unofficial thing that came into existence through use. Nobody ever really talks about it. I just see it as something that works. In particular, I don't think it's necessary to list natures alphabetically. If you feel like formally standardizing a policy or something along those lines, by all means start a discussion on it. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:21, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
Don't worry, I tend to "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" things. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 03:12, February 6, 2011 (UTC)
Nope, I'm not an admin. The one thing I have over regular users is rollback rights. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 03:51, February 6, 2011 (UTC)

Narutoverse has some raws, but I don't know if they have just some or most of the series, or how long it takes for them to get a raw after a scanlated release. Or if they manage to get it before a scanlated version is released, I know this site only because someone else linked to it recently in some talk page. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 03:12, February 6, 2011 (UTC)

The exact page is located here. The site has chapter 461 to the latest chapter, and parts of volumes 47 to 50. And they usually have the raw of the new chapter anywhere from a couple of days to two weeks after its official release. ~ Fmakck - Talk - Contributions 03:19, February 6, 2011 (UTC)

Re: A

The anime image has two things going against it:

 1. It barely shows the Raikage, as the kage hat obscures a lot.
 2. The Raikage's hair is the wrong colour.

Consistency is nice, but not as important as clear and correct information. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 17:33, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

His hair is supposed to be white. As white as Jiraiya's hair, in fact. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 18:14, March 25, 2011 (UTC)
We have a coloured manga image. We have multiple, in fact. The Raikage has pure white hair (and B for that matter). —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 18:37, March 25, 2011 (UTC)
I do want you to know that the manga is the original source. What the manga says is ultimately correct. The anime is a mere adaptation of the manga and has made countless mistakes and changes over the years.
As for the Taka icon, it was put on hold due to school work and I somewhat forgot about it afterwards. I'll finish it eventually. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 19:16, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

I'm just telling you the image you're adding, the eye is wrong the 10 tails doesn't have a Rinnegan. A Sysop locked a few pages and started a discussion about the whole manga/anime image thing again so the pages are kinda on "standby" --Cerez™☺ 00:43, April 1, 2011 (UTC)

Re: 7 Tails

I'm quite comfortable on my high horse. I named her Kristi. But in all seriousness it was done because it is one of the current reasons that started this. Because the image keeps getting changed from manga to anime, it fits within the parameters set which would result in a image purge. It wouldn't be fair if this got to keep its image, whatever it is, and others have been purged and locked.

If you don't like it, which you clearly don't, feel free to contribute to the Forum post and help come with a solution to the current crisis. I was thinking about returning all the articles to their pre-crisis states when all the locks are lifted tomorrow anyway as to not further disturb the wiki anyway, but any image conflict will result in a purge.--TheUltimate3 ~Keeper of Lore~ 02:10, April 1, 2011 (UTC)
Yes, its a large, complicated issue that has been burning under the surface for months. You're rather heated reaction is part of the reason I have taken such drastic measures on this. Banan14kab, I can guarantee you this. Your rage over this pales in comparison to mine. My goal is to maintain order, and this has been the cause of disorder for months. It has everything to do with the constant reverting and uploading that has gone on, and will go on. I've said this in the forum post, I will purge and lock pages with image warring until the crisis is settled. Feel free to ignore it if you want, I will not hesitate to block you if it will maintain order. You are free to rage all you want on my Talk Page, that is what it's there for.--TheUltimate3 ~Keeper of Lore~ 12:09, April 1, 2011 (UTC)
I reverted it because per Wikia standards, in the event of an edit war the original is kept until the conflict is resolved. And I was treating you like a child because you acted like a child. The Tools infoboxes aren't setup to have slideshows. I don't know why. ~SnapperTo 19:44, April 28, 2011 (UTC)

Well, while I personally don't agree with the policy. It states that you can't place the an image like this . It must be placed like this without the px sizing. IamJakuhoRaikoben

Re: Edits

Your image of Izanagi is Danzō's hand disappearing. If I were just seeing the article I'd assume it was just a regular genjutsu. In the manga image he is actually struck with something and then appears again moments later just fine. All i'm saying is wait until that bit is animated since it's the best illustration we've seen. Also, learn to not be so rude, I'd never dream of telling you what to do but this wikia is about constant improvement on what people put here. There is a simple answer to you not wanting people to edit anything you do.--Cerez365™☺ 00:54, April 29, 2011 (UTC)

Don't edit.--Cerez365™☺ 02:08, April 29, 2011 (UTC)

Well you did ask. Also, I would never discourage anyone from editing neither is it "common for me" I hope at least. Different people come together on a wiki in order to improve its articles, I appreciate that it's just for you to understand and appreciate that as well. If you make edits and someone fixes or even removes them first thing you do is find their talk page and ask them why if you don't know.--Cerez365™☺ 02:27, April 29, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Hebi

Undoing edits is part of what we do here. I don't know why you think i'd be offended. Either way it's fine now that you've explained. However I still am going to change it to the first image where all the group members can at least be seen. Sasuke has stated already that they aren't members of Akatsuki.--Cerez365™☺ 13:19, May 8, 2011 (UTC)

Though I don't see the need for that, it's neither here nor there for me.--Cerez365™☺ 13:52, May 8, 2011 (UTC) has a point. The depiction of Jūgo isn't correct. There's no need to use it when there's a perfectly decent image. If you feel so strongly about it find another image that meets all the possible criteria you can think of.--Cerez365™☺ 14:27, May 8, 2011 (UTC)

wow you sure got some good photos were do you get them dude!!

Oh ok. Aslo, I'm not an admin so next time direct it to Jacce he's the one that does these sort of things.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 16:07, May 14, 2011 (UTC)

No problem. ~_^ Jacce | Talk | Contributions 16:13, May 14, 2011 (UTC)

While diversity is fine and what not there is also no problem using a jutsu image as the image for an episode. It's more "economical" to have one image serving a dual purpose rather than an image with a sole purpose. I believe that the previous image could've been used in the technique article and the episode image in any case I don't really care either way.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 16:21, May 14, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Uchiha Clan Page

It was decided or at least accepted that when the clan symbol is known it goes into the infobox just like Akimichi Clan, Yamanaka Clan Senju Clan or Nara Clan for example. The same will be done for the other clans when their family crest is conformed since a single image of a group of people from the clan isn't a representation of the whole.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 14:22, May 25, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Susanoo Image

The image has been changed forward and back about ten times since 14.50 wiki time (on the original wiki the limit of reverts like that is three). The discussion is going on here. And the comment about the inaccurate was made by Cerez365, not me. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 17:40, June 2, 2011 (UTC)

Hello Banan14kab! I'm going to leave Samurai Bridge alone because gray can be spelled "grey" as well. But what's going on with the Anime-Manga differences page?:)--MysticOrb (talk) 17:39, June 3, 2011 (UTC)MysticOrb

I'm sorry for not explaining. I was talking about Susanoo's teeth. Why did you put "similar to Itachi's"? That was a little unecessary. :) --MysticOrb (talk) 19:12, June 3, 2011 (UTC)MysticOrb

Well I'm truly sorry you feel that way, but alas! I'm not the only user that removes it everytime you post it:) Now excuse me, I have to get back to Death Note! --MysticOrb (talk) 21:04, June 3, 2011 (UTC)MysticOrb

Well the Susanoo teeth thing is not a big deal really. I just want to get along with everyone. I don't mind anymore:)Have a nice evening.--MysticOrb (talk) 23:10, June 3, 2011 (UTC)MysticOrb

Clan infobox

Hi! We use the clan symbol, not the entire clan, because sometimes, it's incomplete. Like for Uchiha, do you think the entire clan was there? --NejiLoverr26 14:25, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Oops.. I'm sorry! I thought you were the one who is changing the image to the family.. I agree with you using the clan's symbol on the infobox. --NejiLoverr26 15:23, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Once again, the thing you see at the end of my sig and beside the Hyūga clan member's name is not their clan symbol. Because we don't know what it is, Shounensuki created a place holder. It's the same way we don't know if the fangs you see on the Inuzuka clan member articles are their symbol or the bug you see beside the Aburame's is theirs. When we do know for certain, the image will be changed to reflect it, the same way that the confirmed symbols of the Yamanaka Nara, and Akimichi Clan articles are done.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 15:36, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, cut it out already lol—This unsigned comment was made by Holyn (talkcontribs) .

That's probably why Shounen used it. There's a strong possibility that it is their clan symbol but we do not know for certain. It's the same thing with the Akimichi when it was assumed that the "food" kanji on their armour was the clan's symbol. I've never seen it in their living space before though.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 16:00, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

I forgot to sign. No one asked your opinion either but you kept changing the clan page over and over that's how collaborative wiki works.. I didn't give you any order dude. chill lets be friendsHolyn (talk) 15:52, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Sasuke & Itachi infoboxes

I unfortunately have no idea how infoboxes work. You'll have to ask Simant or Snapper2. ~ Fmakck© (Images | contribs) 15:46, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

If I'm not mistaken it's an automatic thing where if both people have the same "Parents" listed they will automatically be listed as siblings. So I don't think you can actually change it to say "older" or younger.--Cerez365 Hyūga Symbol.svg 15:51, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

Two Fates

Hey Banan14kab! That image you uploaded was really, really, really great! Did you use Photoshop? ^_^ --Ilnarutoanime 16:04, June 10, 2011 (UTC)

Lol! I'm a girl. I suggested it to Cerez, when it was changed with Kai Maciel's image, that that would be great for infobox, when the latter said that it confuse some readers (they should have common sense that Naruto never use Chidori and Sasuke never use Rasengan lol). --Ilnarutoanime 16:23, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
NinjaShiek is also a girl. No problem! ^_^ --Ilnarutoanime 17:01, June 10, 2011 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but the rules are clear. Jacce | Talk | Contributions 08:33, September 15, 2012 (UTC)

Re: Clarification

Yeah. Didn't notice. Mistakes happen. But there isn't much to clarify. As per a previous discussion, which is what got Minato classified as a jinchuriki, if the tailed beast in the host can hold a conversation with that host, then that host is a jinchuriki. If you want to ignore Kurama being split you are welcome to, but that does not change the fact that two Kuramas have been shown to be capable of existing and functioning. To assume that now that isn't the case with Naruto means going back and reexamining Minato because physically, we've never seen Kurama out in the open world either, but I expect people to be massively butthurt if I turned Minato back into a Pseudo-Jinchuriki.--TheUltimate3 Allied Shinobi Forces Symbol.svg (talk) 15:14, June 4, 2014 (UTC)

Re: Naruto's Nature Type Clarification

To use Lava Release is to use Fire Release and Earth Release mixed together. That's what it is. Regarding that topic, Elveonora spiels on how the chakra isn't Naruto but Son's, how Naruto isn't the one doing the mixing of the earth and fire chakra, except that Naruto's situation is the same as Rōshi's. That completely disregards the fact that Son's chakra is in Naruto, it's his to use as he sees fit (Elveonora also argues against Naruto being considered a jinchūriki to the other beasts, but you already asked TU3 about that one). If Naruto isn't listed as a LR user, neither should Rōshi, because as far as we know, he himself doesn't have fire or earth chakra. Naruto gets listed as a Fire Release user because he's used a Lava Release technique, and that includes fire and earth. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:52, June 6, 2014 (UTC)

Re: forum threads

Hi! I'd just like to let you know that you should refrain from making double posts in forum threads. If you've recently posted and there's something you wish to add, you should edit your post and add to that post, instead of making another post in a row. Double posting can be seen as spamming so please try to avoid it in future. --Sajuuk [Mod] Talk Page | Contribs | Channel 07:23, October 7, 2014 (UTC)

Shisui's MS

Hey Banan14kab, i did exactly what you did not long ago and uploaded a anime image of Shisui's Mangekyō Sharingan and apparently the eyes design is slightly different from the manga and was told to keep the current image there instead. --Sarutobii2 (talk) 05:10, October 27, 2014 (UTC)

If you ask user Narutofox94, he/she might be able to get you a colored manga image of the eye. And here's a album to the recent digitally colored chapter. --Sarutobii2 (talk) 08:38, October 27, 2014 (UTC)

Re: .Svg files

I actually haven't a clue myself. SnapperTo may have a better idea than I believe he was the one that was doing the Ten-Tails eye thing when it kept switching.--TheUltimate3 Eye of Rikudō.svg (talk) 10:40, October 27, 2014 (UTC)

The infobox is set up so that when a character is listed as having a Mangekyo it will automatically display "Mangekyō Sharingan [character's first name].svg". So for Kakashi there's File:Mangekyō Sharingan Kakashi.svg. In the case of more than one character having the same Mangekyo, redirects in the same formula are created. So for Obito there's File:Mangekyō Sharingan Obito.svg. If there is no Mangekyo matching the character's name the the infobox will default to Itachi's since his was the first seen in the series. The same is done with Rinnegan.

You can look at the documentation here if you're interested. ~SnapperTo 01:28, October 28, 2014 (UTC)

What? ~SnapperTo 08:05, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
Icons in the jutsu infobox do not change based on user. Whichever design is the first to appear in the series is the only one that will appear in the jutsu infobox. Itachi's is the first MS and Madara's is the first EMS. ~SnapperTo 21:53, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
Because Madara's is set as the icon for all EMS jutsu with Template:Infobox icon. ~SnapperTo 22:14, October 28, 2014 (UTC)
