I guess you can just write as you please. Feel free to ask any questions regarding my edits, I'm all for a healthy debate and/or agreefest. --Newthx2u (talk) 03:08, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

well this is encouraging

i just went on to edit the pic of nagato to be of nagato, and thought i'd check the talk on the infobox first. it looks like some dude actually got driven off the wiki for doing just that. *nervous laugh* guess i'll just wait till there's a greater consensus... --Newthx2u (talk) 03:08, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

He really drove himself off the wiki. Discussion of what image to use was still going on when he decided he had it because I protected the infobox since it was under a revert war, under the same policy we use in every other revert war. You're free to participate in the discussion going on at Talk:Nagato#NEW PIC. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 4, 2009 @ 04:51 (UTC)
guess that makes sense. but i've also been looking at the discussions surrounding the nagato/pain debate, and i've noticed something: It seems to me like there's a group of about 3 people (ultimate3, superN, and yourself) that, if there's a debate, have the only opinions that are actually listened to. i'm new to this particular wiki, and this is simply an observation, so i'm not sure if this is the case or not. at this point is simply feels as though i'd be saving my breath by not even continuing to throw my 2 cents in as long as they are involved. --Newthx2u (talk) 05:19, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
Well, you basically just summed up most of the list of people that have been actively contributing to discussions today. There are more users on the wiki, but no-one has bothered to rest on the discussion and wait for other people to wake up and get on the wiki. The only other users in the discussion were NurXang who decided to leave the wiki before even bothering to participate in the primary discussion, Vegerot who's comment was rebutted, FF-Suzaku who's comment was also rebutted, and Dadadaft who's comment was a little out of scope. In any case the discussion hasn't even really finished, it only started a few hours ago. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 4, 2009 @ 05:42 (UTC)
point taken, yet the rebuttals to their arguments seem to consist of little more than "i disagree, ergo we will stick to what i feel is right". the overall part that bothers me (and possibly what got to NurXang) is not that some people disagree with me, but that it is ultimately their opinions that automatically serve as the default for a seemingly unknown reason. like before, i'm still new, so i don't know if this is the method and i'm just out of the loop :D --Newthx2u (talk) 05:52, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

Path pages

Newthx2u, the pages for the individual paths should actually be the ones with "path" in lower case. "Path" isn't a title or proper noun and shouldn't be capitalized. "Six Paths of Pain" and "Sage of Six Paths" are titles, but "Path" isn't (I found it quite irksome to see a huge pile of capitalized "Path[s]" inside of the Nagato article). If you have issues moving please poke me (^_^ or rather one of the other less lazy people with sysop flags, heh... the number has grown), don't do a copy and paste move. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 12, 2009 @ 09:12 (UTC)

"'s" link syntax

Newthx2u, please don't use [[Nagato|Nagato's]] style of links just stick with [[Nagato]]'s. The duplication of content within the link is completely unnecessary and destroys the cleanness of the page source. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Apr 13, 2009 @ 05:14 (UTC)

Re: Pictures

1) Scanlations are bad. Period. They can be reverted by anyone at any time. 2) Scanlation watermarks are even worse. Those two can be taken down at any time. 3) I don't have to do anything. If it don't follow the rules, I am within my rights to fix it. 4) My methods are harsh, but I work within the bounds of the wiki. Like 1 and 2 said, if they don't fit in the rules, I can change them. As can anyone else.

Thus speaketh the User King; TheUltimate3. Sleep tight.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 00:31, July 2, 2010 (UTC)

Thats fine and dandy. The only reason I know what happens any time is by scanlations. However, they are still illegal and as such can be removed at any time. I respect the people who worked on them to death, but I want to keep the wiki alive and safe for as long as possible.
But it is good that you referred to me as "your highness". Very good indeed.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 10:28, July 2, 2010 (UTC)
